Wow what a terrific job Adam did with the install. I couldn’t be happier, he completely rebuilt my duct work and installed a much more efficient Carrier furnace and added central ac. A little more expensive but worth it for the best. I highly recommend.

Just wanted to leave a positive note about Zimmer. We had won a contest through them at the home and garden show. They came out and installed a UV light in the HVAC system. Everyone was very prompt, communicative and pleasant to work with. Considering how quick and nice they were when providing a free service from a contest, I can only assume this would be a great company to use. If I need help in the future, I will certainly be contacting them.

They are a really good company. When you call for an appointment they are very good to meet my schedule. I have had a few questions about our new system, the office staff works to make sure my question is answered.
Chris installed our new heatpump system about 5 years ago, and he continues to do the regular maintenance on it. He does a great job. He calls when he is on his way. He does a very thorough job making sure our system stays running properly. He is also just an all around really nice guy

Zimmer has helped me at both my home and business for the past 4 years. Everyone I have encountered there has been helpful and professional. The techs are wonderful at explaining things in a way that I can understand and are patient with my questions. Mike is especially awesome!

Highly recommend. We had a 30 year old AC unit break down and within the same week we received a (competitive quote $1500 less than a competitor) and had a new reliable unit installed and functioning. Won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Great communication around scheduling. They also removed the drainage pipe going to the hole in the middle of the basement and set it to the basement sink instead so that there’s no pipe running through the middle of the room.

Dan and his crew were wonderful to deal with. On time, answered all our questions and very professional. They installed our new ac/furnace in one day. We ordered the new unit and they were able to install just a few days later. Very seamless from start to finish. Thanks again!

We were a couple of years behind on A/C maintenance service. Mike came out and walked me through our entire system, showed me what was contributing to some of our moisture issues, explained how the system worked, and how we could keep our system running well for years to come. He was thorough, on time and prepared, and he went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of our system were in working order. He did not cut corners. We appreciated him so much today. Very refreshing having a dedicated service person who takes pride in his work. Thanks so much Mike for your time today.

Zimmer has done OUTSTANDING work for us for years! Chris L is absolutely the best and I completely trust his recommendations. I’m actually writing this review because of something that came up during today’s service.
I had a lunch meeting that I needed to get to… I didn’t even hesitate to consider leaving Chris here alone to finish the job! Just told him to lock up when he left!
Now, he ended up getting the work finished prior to me leaving, but the point is, not only do I trust the recommendations, but I trust Chis!!
