Paul Schmidl is the best tech ever.

We are enjoying our new furnace, AC, and humidifier. From sales to installation, everyone was very polite and professional. Would highly recommend for all your heating/cooling needs.

AC was not working during our hottest days of the season. Feared the entire heatpump had failed.

Jordan was able to quickly diagnose and assure me that was not the case. The repair was minor in the big picture and we were immediately cooled down again.

Will not have anyone else work on my HVAC units!

A+++ company. Paul responded to my call in 20 min. He was very knowledgeable and quickly able to diagnose the issue when my heat went out. He went the extra mile to get the part i needed to get our heat back on. He called the part store at 4:30pm and made the commute which was over an hour and was able to help me avoid after hours pricing. This is the only company I will use in the future!

After interviewing 6 companies I had Zimmer heating and cooling replaced my hvac this fall/winter. They were terrific to work with. Highly recommend. Chris Tucker was the guy i primarily worked with. A+++ individual and company.

My central ac went out last week so I called what I thought was a reputable company, Zimmer Heating & Cooling. The person who took my call would not give me an appointment, but instead said they would call me when they thought they could get to me (the same response I received from another company). I did receive a call the next day and tech was out two days later. When he arrived, he checked fuse (3 amp like what is used in a car) and said it was blown. This was not the case because I checked the fuse before I called them and it was fine, but my wife was there with him and did not know any different than what he told her. He replaced the fuse and of course it would still not cool (imagine that!). He then decided he needed to check for a leak which was $180 (plus $40 for a $1 fuse) and $83 service call so at the end of his visit, he asked for a $303 check, which my wife paid. He then said we had a leak and his office would have to call with a quote for repair. The quote came back at $1900. If you add the $300 on to it, we would have been further ahead purchasing a new unit. Consequently, I had another company come out and repaired the unit for $380. Learn from my experience, don't do business with a company that charges $40 for a $1 fuse

Called for an AC recharge. Got the usual run around about refrigerant no longer produced (it is) and the high cost of looking for leaks so why don't you just replace the whole thing? Their credit card machine works great, though.

See my other reviews for the honest HVAC contractor that I found.

Jordan C. was very thorough and professional. He explained several things and helped me greatly. Because of Jordan, I will call Zimmer Heating and Cooling for future use.
