They saved the day! I am one week away from my due date and extremely swollen. They took care of me expeditiously and we have AC again! They sent Scott out who was extremely professional and got out family all taken care of. I completely trusted Scott and their team. I plan to recommend them to everyone!

You won't find a more thorough or honest HVAC technician than Eric Shaners crew at Zimmer. Clearly the best we have ever met!

I needed a new pool heat pump and i was told all I had to pay for was the labor, the price they gave me was $500.00 for 4 hours of labor. I was ok with that but the man was done in 1 hour and no matter what I tried and who I called they wouldn't change the price they still wanted the $500.00! THAT STINKS in my book!!!!

We had another heat and air company install our carrier Geo Thermal unit a few years ago and it never worked right and could not get installer to come back so we called Zimmer and the technicians found out that several things were installed incorrectly they fixed all of the problems and our Geo bill was cut by almost 2/3’s. I would recommend them for any service. Zimmer keeps our heat and air and whole house generator running great. You won’t find any better.

We've used Zimmer for years and they're the first HVAC service we've been consistently happy with. Their techs tend to be really knowledgeable, but Chris Zimmer himself often deals with particularly complex jobs. I would recommend them without hesitation. They are a bit pricier than some other companies, however, but they tend to do really good work.

I won a free thermostat from when I entered a drawling from Sharonville Home show. I thought there would be some kind of catch when I won. NOPE it was free and they installed it. Very nice wifi one. Just love it. So I will be using them in the future.
