We were having thermostat issues we couldn't fix ourselves so we called in the experts, Schibi Heating and Cooling. Mike was here for about an hour and had to rewire a badly wired set up. He was extremely knowledgeable with a professional attitude as he explained everything he was doing so it made somewhat sense to us. Thank you Mike and Schibi for exceptional customer service.

Schibi is our go to for all of our heating and cooling needs. They are wonderful to work with and their employee’s are always The best! Our service tech, Mike, was very professional and helpful. He took his time to answer my questions, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. Their maintenance program is great too!

Of course, it couldn't pick a better day for my heat to go out. At 2 pm I noticed it was getting cool in the house. It's supposed to be near zero tonight. So I called Schibi Heating and Cooling who I always use and they had someone here in about an hour. Dylan determined the "Infusion Motor" had seized up. That thing is about half the size of the furnace guts. So he went and got one and now I have heat! It's wonderful what the right service company and a significant amount of cash can take care of!

Schibi does a great job! I've had two decades of issues getting quality work done on an oil furnace, but this year (my first with Schibi) was different. The guys were great, the office staff is super helpful, and their salesman (Norb) is generous with his time and expertise. I liked the service so much that I just purchased an air filtration system, too!

Another high quality maintenance visit from Mike S. from Schibi Heating and Cooling. Mike was very thorough cleaning, testing and checking the furnace. He provided operating details (e.g. air pressure, CO ppm and efficiency) at both low and high heat rates. He cleaned everywhere and was meticulous about leaving our house as clean as it was when he started. We have been happy Schibi customers for 30+ years. We recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

I had a very good experience with Schibi on a new installation of both Heating and Air Conditioner. For context, many folks in our neighborhood have had installations by competitors, and I have to say that I was amazed at how many return visits that my neighbors have experienced because something wasn't installed right or configured correctly. I decided to go with Schibi because they have been around a long time. They installed everything correctly the FIRST time and everything is working flawlessly. The work that they did was very clean, orderly, and professional. I would recommend them to others that have heating/cooling needs.

I had a big company come out and try to sell us a part that I didn’t need and was told this by Mike at Schibi Cooling! Super great guy, super responsive and honest and thanks again Michele who works in the front office. You guys rock!!

I would like to let you know that Mike went above and beyond to make sure that I had A/C today.
My A/C went out during the night and the receptionist was able to get Mike over earlier than originally scheduled. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything. When he started having issues getting the old part out so he could replace the new one, he had to go to the store to get a saw as he didn't have one with him. After that didn't work, he took it home and fixed it there. He then came back and installed it, so I would have A/C tonight! What a great guy!
I hope Schibi realizes what a stellar employee they have!

When our A/C went out in our new house this year we needed a solution fast. We have infant twins and were very concerned about the temperature of their nursery.

I spoke to Craig at Schibi at 8am on a Friday and he had come to inspect and had a quote to us that afternoon. Our new system was installed the following Wednesday. The office staff was very helpful in getting us set up with financing. Everyone was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had 3 companies come out and give an estimate. Schibi gave us the best price and we didn't have to make any sacrifices on quality. Craig was very honest and straightforward about what we truly needed in our specific home. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell me or scare me into getting more than we needed like other companies. The team that came for the install was timely, clean and respectful. Our new Bryant system is great and we love our wifi thermostat!

I purchased a home with a Schibi heating and air conditioning system five years ago. It is amazing, efficient and cost effective. The maintenance crew, Mike Z, Mike S and Matt do a fantastic job of keeping the system operating at peak efficiency. They are polite, respectful and very good at their jobs.
