I would like to take a moment to share how pleased I was with the recent furnace inspection that Schibi Heating & Cooling performed at my residence. The technician's name was Mike S. Mike was exceptionally thorough and pleasant. And he took the time to explain what service he had performed, and provided an honest evaluation of my furnace efficiency.

I was particularly impressed with Mike's comment about how good it was to work at Schibi. It was a genuine, heart-felt compliment. I cannot think of a more effective form of small-business advertising than to have employees share such a positive view of the company they work for.

I have had Schibi perform furnace and AC maintenance since I bought the house. Mike S has been my technician and he is thorough with his work and his review of findings after every service call. Schibi is a great local company for your Heating and Cooling needs.

We've used Schibi for our two homes over 40 years, and always been pleased with service, installations, recommendations. and information. Mike S cleaned our A/C yesterday, and was very thorough from start to finish. He's a wonderful asset to the company and will be returning soon to install the UV air sanitizer.

I have been a customer of Schibi for about 15 years. They have installed new AC units/ductwork and a high-efficiency boiler in my (80 year old) home. When it came to the AC installation, they offered the most creative solution to putting central air into my old house. They are competitively priced and I have always found them be honest. Mike S. just serviced my boiler. He was super nice and professional and explained what the service entailed.

Friday night I received a call from my Mom... Her AC was not working. So Saturday morning I made some phone calls and Schibi was able to send someone out to take a look at her unit. Unfortunately they were not able to fix what was wrong. This was not surprising since the furnace and AC were close to 40 years old! What happened next still amazes me. Steve the on call technician made a call to the owner who came out within the hour looked that the job and what needed to be done, provided us a quote and moved some none emergency jobs around to accommodate my Mom. Steve even got a temporary room AC unit hooked it up in her bedroom so she would be comfortable until the new unit was installed!
Monday morning they arrived and installed both the new furnace and AC. They were finished by 4pm. Thank you for making my Mom a priority.... Thank you for being their on the weekend and talking us through what could have been a very stressful experience. Your team was amazing! Would highly recommend Schibi to anyone looking for Quality , professional service. Thanks Craig and Team!

Schibi has been our heating and cooling company for 16 years. We bought our new furnace and air conditioning units from them 9 years ago. I can't say enough good things about Schibi Heating & Cooling. I've used their services for years and they have always been helpful. Last night (a Thursday) around 10:00 PM, I discovered that the AC wasn't working. The weekend forecast called for temperatures in the upper 80's/lower 90's. I called Schibi the next morning (Friday) at 8:05 AM, expecting that since it was going into a weekend that they probably wouldn't be able to schedule me until next week sometime. But I was pleasantly surprised because they sent Steve out to my house by 9:15 AM, and the AC was fixed by 10:00 AM. Steve was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and timely. This is why I've been a customer of Schibi Heating and Cooling for the last twenty years. They are outstanding.

Mike has serviced our heating and air conditioning system for several years. We are very pleased with his professionalism and HVAC knowledge. We have never felt pressured to commit to a service beyond what was necessary. No up sales by Schibi have ever been apparent.
