First time using them and this company goes above and beyond!!! Coldest day of the year and the furnace goes out. Andy responded within an hour to assess the situation. He was so cordial and informative on everything. They had technicians out here the following morning at 8:00am to begin installation of the new furnace. This company is so fast and efficient. They even used a broom and dust pan to clean up after themselves and not even a trace left of them being here. Craig was also a joy to work with. I highly recommend!!!! We've had Schibi install and service our HVAC system for the past 13 years. They provide outstanding service. We live in the East side of town, but they never complain about the drive. They have always honored our warranties and service contract without question. Highly recommended.
I would especially like to commend technician Mike S., who recently did our annual tune up, and discovered that I was installing the humidifier filters incorrectly, preventing the system from operating efficiently.
He was very courteous and professional.

I was having intermittent heating issues and called Schibi. They were able to respond quickly and Mike S was my service tech. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He was thorough in his assessment and carefully explained what he found and offered me options. He was able to correct my issue and offered advice on what I should do to keep up with my system maintenance schedule yearly. Thank you Mike!

Always GREAT service from Schibi! Technician Mike S is the BEST. He was here to service our AC back in the summer and just now to do the annual service on the boiler. Mike is always very friendly and professional and just a great representative of the company. I would HIGHLY recommend Schibi Heating & Cooling Company for any of your service needs. Just had Mike S. check out the noise that our furnace was making. I called this morning and had no problem getting Mike S. here early enough in the afternoon. He was professional and pleasant and diagnosed the problem quickly. He suggested the less expensive fix which I appreciated. We have always had great service from Schibi and will continue to call them when needed.

Dylan was the technician. He was very thorough, took his time, explained every step to me. Above all, he was extremely kind & courteous. I will request him for anything I need in the future.
