Woke up this morning at 6:00 to a furnace that was not working. Called Schibi, Dale was at my house by mid morning. He gave me prices on a couple options. No pressure. Fair price. I shopped with another company, called Dale back and I bought the 2 stage Bryant. Installers were at my house at 3:00, done by 7:00. A great experience from soup to nuts. I highly recommend Schibi Heating and Cooling!

Mike S. Arrived at the scheduled time. Problem with Humidifier. He analyzed the problem, and replaced old part. Have used Schibi’s for over 50 years. Great service and fair prices. One less thing to worry about!
Schibi has been caring for our heating and air conditioning needs for 40 years. They are friendly, professional, courteous and if they find a problem, they will keep after it until it is solved and repaired.
Small, local business that was recommended by father in law, who used to sell to them wholesale. Used them three times now, twice for heating, once for A/C. Pretty quick service, good techs, didn't try to sell me on anything, just repaired the system. Now that the systems are a little older, tempted to prepay for maintenance, to avoid the oopses of the first cold or hot day (maint. plans automatically go to head of the queue for them). Nothing big, an AC motor capacitor, bad flame sensor, pressure sensor tripping from a clogged drain line. Had an opportunity to oversell me on A/C because the fluid was a little yellow, but were honest and said it was good and dry, and overcharged if anything. Less than $250 out of pocket for the two heating visits. Mike S. is a good tech, and Ziggy from two years ago as well. They cover from Rising Sun to Madeira to Brookville.
I requested service for my air conditioner and told someone would be at my house between 8-noon. Which is the norm. However, noon rolls around and no call from the company alerting me that the tech was delayed. I get that there will be delays, but not calling the client to give updates is unacceptable! I made 2 calls to the company, the lady was rude, disrespectful and frankly didn't care. The tech finally shows up at 1:35 and didn't even apologize for not showing up between the allotted hours nor did he appolize for not calling to give an estimated ETA. The tech tells me I need a new air-conditioner and the salesman will contact me, he has never called!!!!! Then charged me $82!! They need to learn how to communicate with their customers, keep clients informed of delays and not have the client be the one calling for an update that they themselves don't even know!! Suggestion... Have the tech call the client!!
Wow,called on Sunday for service call,found out furnace needs replace,they install it on Friday, Michelle help with getting me a quick finance company,should of did this 2 year ago. Thanks Schibi HVAC..Very happy with the experience. Tom & Debbie Moore. 😀
Our A/C went out on the hottest week of the year (of course). I left a message late in the evening, someone was at our door at 9am the next morning, and our A/C with new compressor and coils is up and running 2 days later. Everyone involved was great and did the job professionally.
Mike S performed our furnace cleaning and inspection this morning. He carefully cleaned the unit then performed a diagnostic . When he was finished he explained what had been done. He was pleasant and professional.
I highly recommend Schibi Heating & Cooling. Mike S. responded quickly and did a great job repairing my furnace. This is a great company employing great people. I would not go anywhere else.
