Stout was recommended a few years previously and did some system work professionally and economically. This time they replaced the AC unit and did a great job. They provided various options and did an excellent job for a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeremy came to look at my system because it was not running properly. He looked at the outside unit and the inside unit. He made sure everything was operating correctly. He said he thought it was the thermostat. He installed a new thermostat and the system began heating perfectly. Thank you, Jeremy!

Great service. Price steep. $272 to replace a $15 part under warranty that took 15 minutes max to replace. I will use them again because of the people skills of the technician Chad. I called the company to see if they would work with me on the charges and they would not budge. Office lady was nice, but firm.
