Chad called to let me know he was on the way. He’s always friendly. He set up internet on the thermostat and helped me set it up on the phone. Cory Ours offered when the system was installed but I didn’t do it then. Chad offered to changed the filters but I’d already done that but appreciate the offer. Ya’ll have great people working for you!!

Great service. I am on a maintenance plan. They always come promptly when I have issues and response them.

Jeremy came out to give the system a look heading into summer. He explained everything really well that he was looking for and will be using them often.

From the initial contact ,to the final installation, and start up , to the presentation of the final bill, everyone at Stout could not have been more professional and responsive. A very non-stressful experience on a very big purchase. I would highly recommend them for any needs in this area.

Stout installed my gas pack unit back in 2015. They have maintained service of the unit. They are friendly and efficient. I've always had a great experience with them from scheduling to the service man at my house. Stout is the best there is in the industry. They are always professional so you never have to worry if they are who they say they are. The office sends a picture of the technician so you know who is coming to your house. And the technician calls ahead. I just really appreciate their service.

Technician was great! Very thorough and friendly & told me exactly what he was doing.

Knowledgeable, helpful about HVAC systems and there issues.
When there is an issue they came right out and fixed it without hassle. It pays to be a stout member.
