Precise Air

They are nice but they didn't fix my AC problem.
they came twice and replaced two parts, but only fix 50% of the problem. at last they want to replace the fans, a most expensive part, so I denied also because I am not going to give them the third chance.
My AC works for 5 mins then stops. I can't say it's good.
update：I have got another technician to diagnose and found the capacitor they replaced at first time was inccorect. it hurt and ruin the motor and fan.

We appreciate the customer service provided by precise air. He was kind and very responsive. He provided same day services. The prices are reasonable and they are easy to work with. We will be calling precise for any future service for our HVAC system.

Anthony was able to come out late on Mother's Day to help diagnose my A/C not working. I worked along side him, and within 15 minutes he accurately found the issue. He was able to get me a great price on a new unit, and installed it in one day. Honestly, the best service, price, and knowledge that I've ever found with an HVAC company. Definitely give them a call if you need help. There's no dealing with "preferred customers" like his competition, his crew works hard, they know what they're doing, and they don't make excuses or false promises. Thank you guys!
