On 4-26-23 Jay Leonard (owner of Leonard & Son Mechanical) and several of his techs. replaced our old Heat Pump system and replaced it with a new Tempstar system. Upon arrival, the guys worked very hard and efficiently. They were all very experienced and appeared to work together like a well oiled machine. After installment, Jay was very patient to explain/answer all our questions about our new system. His knowledge and experience was very obvious. Importantly, he also went over all the warranty and paper-work issues. We feel like we have a great new system at a very fair and reasonable price. This was the experience you get from having work done by the owner of a company who also participates and oversees the work being done...

Jay and his team were a huge help in making our dream business a possibility. I have limited HVAC knowledge but Jay took the time to run through the various possibilities with my wife and I. Well worth the time and money!

This company come out to our house and installed a new heating unit and a new a/c unit with all new duct work , I couldn’t be any happier with there work , one thing that stuck out the most to me was how neat they done everything. Very reasonable and affordable prices. If you’re looking for a honest and trustworthy hvac guy these are definitely your class of people you wanna deal with , thanks guys for the great work you do. Jay went above and beyond for our HVAC needs. He helped us get the financing that we wanted. He fixed the improperly installed ductwork that was done when the home was built. He was on time with his crew and finished in a timely manner. I will recommend him a million percent over any other company out there!!!! He is also a Christian and a small business owner!!!!

Jay and his boys were fabulous. He was prompt with any questions I had before install. Installed quickly. Explained in detailed how to work units. We will def use for future Soda Shop work! Thank you Jay :)

We recently installed a water stove for our home, and did all the work ourself
All we needed was the wiring hooked up to our central unit.
After calling NUMEROUS HVAC companies in the Asheboro area which no one wanted to deal with doing this or our calls weren’t returned, a family member in Salisbury referred us to Jay.
He came from Salisbury to Asheboro within a few days. He is professional and very reasonably priced. We will defiantly call on Jay ( and so will some of our neighbors) for all our HVAC maintenance in the future !!!!!

Jay Leonard is an all around great guy. He is willing to work around your schedule to take care of you and very honest! He is very knowledgeable and takes his skills to another level. He doesn’t try to sale you on unnecessary stuff like other HVAC companies. Would most definitely recommend

Honest and reliable. They were on time when he said he would be and gave me my return call when he said with all details for my new unit and installation. All paperwork was e-sign and seamless. Amazing company.

Jay is very prompt and responsive when communicating. He was quickly able to accommodate a visit to our home, even on short notice and during their busiest season of the year, summer. He is very friendly and thorough with explanations. He went above and beyond to eradicate our problem immediately! Receipt upon completion and process of payment was fast, detailed, and easily accessible electronically. He even followed up to ensure our satisfaction regarding the services he provided. I cannot rave about this experience enough! We will definitely only use Leonard and Son Mechanical for all of our HVAC needs going forward, and I recommend you do the same!

Excellent Service! Extremely Knowledgeable! Jay discussed with me in detail what he was going to do, the new pipes and why the new pipes were needed. Explained the new pieces for the heating and why they were needed! I would recommend This company!

I am updating this review, because of the after installed service. I called and texted for this company to come out and check on the system and never received call/text or visit back. I had to go back to my original company.

I have also referred this company to friends and they never showed to even provide a quote.
