J Newton Cohen

Kenny at J Newton Cohen is an artist with HVAC equipment. He understands the mechanics at a deep level, takes the time to explain, and does fantastic work. We were thoroughly happy with everything, and we'll be using Cohen for all of our HVAC needs as a result.

Mr.Tommy, Shirley, Philip, and all the crew treated me like family. They are knowledgable, courteous, friendly, and such a blessing to work with when called upon. Quick response and resolution to my heating and cooling needs. I am confident with the great results whenever I call upon them for service! I highly recommend their service. The workers who helped me were friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated their quick response when I had an emergency problem with my furnace. I continue to use them and have never had any problems.

Very disappointed with every step of the repair. Took x3 attempts to do what should have been done right, the first time, and ended up calling a more reputable hvac company to repair what had not been previously done.
Do yourself a favor and call elsewhere.

We are pretty disappointed with this company. They didn't fix what they were supposed to, ending up causing more water damage, and charged us almost $1000 for it. We've tried to contact the owner but he's always out and won't return our calls.

Tommy is probably one of the nicest people I've had the chance to meet! Knows what he's doing and would do whatever needed to be done to get the job done! Thanks Tom!

Took over two month to get them out here after he kept making up excuses why it's taking so long. Then when we did finally get him out here it took a week to fix it when it shouldn't have taken no more than a day or two.

The guys are hard working and get the job done in record time!! Was very impressed and pleased with the time it took to get me hooked back up and running
