Technician Jeremy was able to diagnose and repair heating issue quickly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with other questions concerning the heating and a/c unit.

Jeremy was friendly and professional. Issue was not a typical issue and he checked with co-worker to make sure issue was with the motherboard. I appreciated him checking with a co-worker since the part to fix is not cheap.
