Alex explained everything in detail about the maintenance he performed. He also found a issue with the unit and had the parts on the truck to take care of it. He also called me when he was on the way. Office is also friendly and willing to work with you on appointments. Stout Keep the good work up.

Called today to see if their Indoor Air Quality service could tell us where the high levels of CO2 were coming from in our house. The lady told me that it's basically just a humidifier. I then ask if they could come out to check our circulation and she said if we want our Carbon Monoxide/Carbon Dioxide levels checked, we need to call the gas company. I explained to her that they are not the same thing and again, I asked her to send someone out. She tells me to hang on while she checks and then hangs up the phone. Repeated calls have been forwarded to a voicemail. I will never use this company. Extremely poor customer service and unknowledgeable phone staff.

Alex is a very courteous and pleasant young man. He changed out our thermostat tablet and did routine maintenance on our system. Great job! Always on time and call ahead. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Experience electrical issue with home after installation - thinking new AC caused the issue - contacted Stout Heating & AC - immediately dispatched technician to check issue. Issue was with the power coming into home. Response was fast, technician (Richard ?) friendly & very helpful. Stout will be my Heating & AC company for life.

Excellent job! I had my whole system replaced in mid 2022 by STOUT The guys were extremely personable, neat and cleaned up as well as answered all my questions. The purpose of the call was to perform a seasonal inspection and maintenance of our three systems. The technician was thorough and completed in a timely manner. We use Stout for all our HVAC needs and will continue to use them as long as we live here.
