Miller Tim Heating & Air

I have used Tim 3 times. 3 times he has fixed my AC unit without doubt. He hs even shown me how to do certain things and has always did a good job for a REASONABLE price. I'm sorry others have had bad experiences but I have had nothing but good ones. I do and will continue to recommend him.

Asked for Tim to do a 2nd opinion of work another company said needed to be done. He said he could do it for half the price. Replaced sensor board and sensor for $240. Unit was still freezing up. Was told he only fixed what the other company said was wrong without actually checking it for himself. Came back out and said we needed freon. Proceeded to place freon in unit without giving us the cost and then gave us a $365 bill. So far, cost is more than the original estimate from other company. Unit was still freezing up, so was told it had to be the coils. Charged another $30 to clean the coils. Unit is still freezing up. Have called and text to have it checked again, and was told he would come at beginning of last week. No response since. We were trying to save money and ended up paying more and it's still not fixed. Would not recommend.

took too long on the installation of my a/c unit and then unknowingly did not finish the job I would never recommend him for any service ever again

He has always treated me fair and with respect.
