Sloop at the recommendation of a co worker; they did a free consultation, told me a lot of information about my house that I didn't know (all of it true), and helped me make the best selection for my property. They didn't try to upsell me on a crazy unit; they gave me exactly what I needed at the price point I could afford.

After the consultation we picked a date for the installation; they arrived on time, were both friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to other people I know. If you're in their service area, go with them.

Every time I call for service for my AC, this company does an excellent job! They are very prompt, polite and solve he problem quickly. Today,Rick came after hours on a hot evening to fix the AC, and took the time to determine the part needed was still under warranty, so saved us a bunch of money. I will call them EVERY time!

We recently built a house and Sloop was the contractor that our builder recommended. I had never heard of them but trusted our builder. During construction, I met Ryan and several of the Sloop employees. Since I am the kind of person who pays close attention to details, I paid close attention to their entire installation process. They were out multiple days during the install and every day of progress was another impressive assembly of the HVAC system. They returned on other occasions during construction to work with framing, electrical, and plumbing. Each encounter with the Sloop company gained more of my trust, all the way through construction.
As move in day arrived, we called on Sloop for our AC startup. They arrived the next day and got us all settled in. They did a great job explaining the system and helping us get the house at a comfortable temp.
After move in, we had an issue with a hot water heater that Sloop had connected gas lines to, but the unit was provided by another contractor. I called on a Saturday and they took time to come out immediately to look at the issue and inspect their gas lines, even though the problem was not with their work.
My experience with Sloop has shown me that they do more than just HVAC installs and repairs.They actually care for their customers and will go out of their way to provide the best customer service.

Team Jimmy, Craig and Tay installed a split heating/AC unit in our house. They were awesome, so nice, neat and efficient. They were positive and showed us how to work the new system several times. We bought a house knowing that the HVAC system was on its last leg, but were hoping it would last for another year or so. Initially we called another company for a tune up and they gave us the dreaded news that the system was shot. We called S.A. Sloop for a second opinion. They told us the same thing and actually rendered it unsafe to use. Luckily the weather was mild! They were very knowledgeable and honest. Within 10 days we had an entire new system installed for less than I had anticipated. I’ve never dealt with hvac issues (always had newer systems) but they made me feel reassured. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it… and that’s what I look for in any company!
