I was in need of a new heat and air system. I got estimates from 3 different companies but decided not to go with them I felt uneasy. Was told by family to call SA Sloop. I felt very comfortable with them being around. And they was the best priced. The installation guys was here 2 days. Answered all my questions and did a terrific job. My system is up and running I couldn't be happier. Thanks.

As our old system was in need of replacement, my wife and I dedicated some time to sourcing quotes. SA Sloop was our second call, but they should have been our first. SA Sloop's comfort consultant Phillip patiently walked us through multiple options and thoroughly answered all of our questions. All of the options provided were more reasonably priced for the value of the products offered than the other quotes we had received. Installation was scheduled for a couple of weeks later and was complete in less than a day. The installers were all very friendly and quick about their work. If you're in need of the services SA Sloop provides, stop reading these reviews and just give them a call.

I have hired SA Sloop for 2 jobs recently. 1) Move existing AC units to new location 2) install new heat and ac system on different property. Everyone I met was professional and made sure we were taken care of throughout the process. I will be using them for all my future hvac work on all my properties.
We even had to deal with a completely incompetent county inspector which they also handled with professionalism. I was especially impressed with Phillip in sales and Tammy at their office. Install techs also did a great job. Thanks

sent a message at 10:30pm on Friday night and by 8:30 on Saturday morning Mike called and let me know I was on his list to be serviced that morning. Mike called me back when he was on his way, got to the house and immediately almost knew what the issue was within 10 minutes he had back up and running. very polite and knowledge of the issue. Showed me what to do if the issue happened again.

We had an electrical fire that took out our air and heat system.They replaced our old system and gave us a portable air conditioner to get us thru til new system could be installed. The entire staff was very professional and on time. I would strongly recommend them .

This company was professional and very honest. The saleman, Phil we very knowledgeable and showed up on time for estimate. The installers were on time and very neat, clean and professional. Mr. Sloop personally came to our house the morning of install. Office staff makes you feel like family.

I had them make a minor repair to my mother's AC system, but unfortunately it didn't hold to no fault of theirs. They ended up installing a new AC unit, which we were very pleased with, including the process of placing the order and the installation day procedure. We plan to use them again for our own home new AC installation coming soon.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic service we received from SA Sloop Heating & AC. Jamie was super helpful and got us on the schedule quickly. Both Mike and Rick were extremely knowledgeable and very professional when they came to our home to work on our system. Rick actually saved us money by finding the issue wasn't as bad as we originally thought. We will definitely be using SA Sloop Heating & AC for all of our future HVAC needs!
