My experience was awesome from everyone. Mr Karriker is very knowledgeable and a down to earth guy. I actually enjoyed talking with him. (Even if he was a sales rep. Lol) The guys who did the install were professionals and did a awesome. Mr Sloop your whole team were great Thank you Sir.

Hello -my name is Michael Denning. This review is the first I have ever written, and I'm not connected or paid by the company to write this review. I have used SA Slope Heating and Air for several years. Somehow, they were able to keep my propane gas pack running well after 20+ years of use. However, with increased costs in propane gas, we replaced our unit for greater efficiency.

After receiving 3 bids I decided on Sloop -they were not the cheapest, but their previous work was great. The morning for the removal and install of new unit, my contact (Phillip Karriker)called just before 8 am asking if it would be ok to arrive about 30 minutes late. It was the Birthday for one of the installers and the owner wanted to buy his team breakfast. How about that! The owner buying breakfast for his team. The installation, cleanup and operation instructions were quick and professional. Keep this in mind- they removed a large heavy gas pack, gas lines and installed electric lines from my service panel all with a friendly attitude and smile. The city inspection was preformed, no problems.
One of the quotes had an additional charge for removal and I would've had to hire an electrician.
I had the above work done just under a year ago so the new system has seen all 4 of our seasons. You would never believe how we have saved this past year on energy cost.

Have been using SA Sloop for 2 years I’ve had a couple of issues with my unit and they have come out every time and helped me out I have a hard time trusting company’s now days and this company is awesome take great care of me and my family will continue using them

Our experience with SA Sloop was great. Our system died after 16 years and we called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a new system. Keith came out and explained all our options and helped us to pick the best system for us and our home. He was very professional and through . The workers that came out and installed the system were extremely nice and cleaned up after they were finished and were very informative about the new system. The whole experience was great and I would recommend SA Sloop to my friends and family.

Technician Mr. Paul was OUTSTANDING!!!...He. shared his EXPERTISE of knowledge with me on the whole process of the maintenance and what is needed to keep system running properly!!!.... This guy is a true ASSET to this company and needs to be REWARDED in all areas.... I'n the fact EVERYONE that operates like him should also

My husband and I were recovering from COVID-19 in August, being sick you notice when your air in the house is not cool. My husband immediately called
the company and they came right out. Our unit was over 19 years old and we knew it would need to be replaced soon but they fixed it for free and we scheduled for them to come back out to replace our unit. There service is outstanding and the service tech ( I think
his name was Brett) kept us informed of what was going on. He demonstrated the thermostat, replaced our air filter and answered all our questions. I highly recommend S A Sloop for all your heating and air needs.

The builder of our house 15 years ago contracted with SA Sloop on the system initially initially installed. We kept our service agreement with them throughout the duration. As with anything nowadays, we were kept informed we were approaching replacement time which occurred last week. I didn't bother soliciting other quotes, just stayed with the professionals that do it right from beginning to end.
