What a great company. They were prompt, and very helpful. They listened to my needs and concerns and gave me several options . They really made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. I would recommend them to my children. That says a lot!

If your unit can be repaired they will let you know up front. They will not automatically tell you that you need a new system. Their service techs are very knowledgeable and honest.

Highly recommended, great down to earth people who get the job done. Even on a weeked, they made it out to Rockwell to swap my thermostat and get my heat back working! Even checked wires and such to be sure that was the only problem :) now i am warm and happy again lol

I had tried contacting others, but got the usual “ok I will be there tomorrow” but Sloop came when they said they would told me the issues and the costs. Needed a new upstairs unit, again the came when they said and did exactly what they said. Everything that was explained happened and the cost was as quoted. Very professional highly recommended. After storm Florence soaked my property on Sunday night I started feeling a little warm on Monday. My A/C was not blowing. Was melting all night, then all day and night on Tuesday. Called first thing this morning and Shane was here by 11 and cool air was flowing by noon. This old girl and her pups will be forever grateful.

Very professional, very responsive (came out and fixed problem immediately - i.e. within only a few hours of calling them), reasonably priced! They fixed the problem, they did not try and sell me a whole new unit, and they did not try and force a service contract on me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
