S A Sloop kept our old system running for 17years! When it was time to replace the system, they gave me a quote that was unbeatable! They had our new system ordered, installed and running very quickly. They gave us a loaner A/C unit until everything arrived. Very professional service techs! Cleaned up everything before leaving. Very friendly staff in the office also! When I brought the loaner unit back the two ladies unloaded it for me. I was recovering from surgery and not supposed to lift anything. Could not ask for better service! We are customers for life!

Installation crew arrived on time and wasted no time installing floor protection, even the stairs. They got right to work and everyone knew their job. The units were installed in no time and work as they should. They walked me through the system and showed me changes they made due to updated state and county codes. The County inspector came and the system passed with flying colors. It’s good to do business with a company that makes the job so smooth and simple. I have worked in the field installing and servicing equipment for over 40 years and I can tell you they are a first class company. From sales to install and all in between they get an A+.

We contracted with SA Sloop to have our HVAC fixed completely. New indoor/outdoor unit and repair ductwork! WOW! we went under the house after they were finished and all the ducts were strapped sufficiently. The unit placed under the house was set on blocks, new drain line was placed and great care was taken with the plumbing. The condenser was moved to easier access and all the holes in the exterior brick on our home were filled and repaired above expectations. Wiring was run to be County Code, also going above what was asked. All cleanup exceeded our expectations. We have been very pleased with the services provided by SA Sloop. Would 100% recommend.

Great company to do business with. They make you feel like part of the family. One of my heating units stopped working so I called them. They came out within 30 minutes even though I wasn't their regular customer. Technician was knowledgeable and professional. He told me what the issue with the system was and was upfront with everything. I decided to replace the whole system, since it was old, and had one of their salesman come out and give me a price on the unit. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need and was very thorough in explaining different types of systems and what I would need for my house. I was happy with the price they gave me for the new unit since it was within my budget. Salesman, Two other technicians, along with the owner, came out on installation day. All of them were professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. The new system was installed in less than 5 hours. I am very happy with Sloop Heating and Air and will be using them for all of my future heating and AC needs. I would highly recommend them.

Most recently, our A/C stopped working during a 90 degree plus week. Not only did they rearrange some of their scheduling to get to us faster than anticipated - they also provided us with temporary units to use in the meantime. Beyond great service, my 82 year old mothers system went down on Sunday, their emergency service guy came out and fixed the issue, professionalism, extremely fair priced and made sure the customers best interest was priority #1. Cannot speak highly enough about this company and staff. Didnt try and sell me a new unit but recommended to fix this one because it was the best thing to do. Integrity, honesty and customers best interest was made 1st priority. Will be my moo others and my AC/HVAC company from this day foward. AAAAAAAA+++++++++ SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

My parent's home hadn't been lived in for several years. When we decided to put the house on the market it was determined that the heating system was no longer viable. We decided to remove the old heating equipment and install HVAC system. SA Sloop was the company we chose to do the upgrade. What a great decision that was! Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were wonderful to work with. They also upgraded the electrical wiring in the process. Several months after installation we were able to sell the house and the new owner got the warranty. I live in Georgia and had to trust whichever company I hired to do the right thing...and they did!! If you're in the area and need this kind of help you won't find a better company or better folks to work with. Thank you for making the process easy and for being patient with me. You should have gotten extra pay for that alone!

Everyone from SA sloop was friendly and professional from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about you! Philip and Jamie were great! The techs that came out and installed our unit were professional and respectful of our home and property! Although being without air for several weeks (with a newborn) was stressful, they made the process as smooth and easy as possible! We will be using them for any of our HVAC needs from here on out!
