Fantastic service! Prompt, professional and honest. Fixed me up on one of the hottest days of the year when other service I had used before put me on a “waiting list” without even a time frame estimate. Will definitely call Jeff next time I have an issue.

Highly Recommended! With this current heat wave we're experiencing our air went out ... tried calling 4 Concord NC and Kannapolis NC HVAC companies and only one answered their phone ... Jeff from Bauer Heating & Cooling from Kannapolis. We decided on a scheduled time for him to come out for a HVAC service call. I'm an early riser and Jeff agreed to come early. Upon arrival I described the problem, he checked out some electrical connections and within 30 minutes had the problem pinpointed and repaired. Jeff also found some other problems with the system, fixed those also. I highly recommend Jeff and his company, Bauer Heating & Cooling, as the go to HVAC company for Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, China Grove and the Mooresville NC area.
