Just days before Christmas, our 26 year old system died. Within an hour, Chris was here to assess the issue. As we suspected, we needed a complete new system. We were not “regular customers”, we did not even know him, but he was recommended by a dear friend. Unbelievably, 4 days later, he had installed a new system just in time for Christmas! Chris is such a pleasure to deal with, definitely KNOWS his business and we are delighted that we have found an HVAC guy we can depend on and trust. Chris is exceptionally professional and honest in working with his customers. I came home from running errands on Sunday to a house with the AC no longer running and it was sweltering in the house. I’ve known Chris since we were in school so I gave him a call and at the drop of a hat he said he would head on over to the house to help me out. Now remember this was on a Sunday in the middle of the day and he came right over. Chris got to my house quickly and got right to work trying to narrow down the issue.
