I had an incredible experience with Jacob when he came to check out what I thought was an issue with my system. He was not rushed, he listened to what I had to say, very thorough checking out my system and even offering a maintenance plan which I didn't even know their company had that will help me so very much. I highly recommend this business and also Jacob. I will request him when I call for help again and hope he is the one that will always come.

Cameron checked our a/c unit after we were involved in a recent flood. He did an excellent job and he's the only one we want to check our unit. We give him an excellent review!!!

Cameron did a great job. He Explained what was broken and what might need replacment soon. My highest rating is 4 stars and he earned that. No one gets 5 stars. No one is perfect. I always groan at the bill, but realize that I can’t possibly fix my HVAC system…so i pay you guys. Good job. I’m happy.

I was very pleased with Austin's work and how quickly arrangements were made for him to come out. . He identified the problem quickly (a switch) and corrected it. He came on time and since a new coil was installed just a couple weeks earlier, he didn't charge me a dime! I would highly recommend Austin and the team at G&S Heating & Air.

I am SO glad my neighbor recommended G&S! I couldn't be more pleased. Kenny was very knowledgeable and friendly. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem. The part was ordered and came in one day. When I requested their service because my heat wasn't working they came the same day. I can't recommend them enough. Austin returned to do my maintenance on my air conditioner. He was very nice and did a great job.

From beginning to end they were very professional and easy to deal with. The work was quick and done well. They made the paperwork and stuff very easy to deal with. And, they ended up being way cheaper than I expected. I have zero complaints on anything!
