Patrick did a great job when my heat stopped working this week, and my regular tech for twice-annual maintenance also is wonderful to work with (so sorry, his name is escaping me right now). G+S is always easy to reach by phone and had no trouble getting someone out the day I requested. It turned about to be a simple fix, thankfully (door wasn't latched, which tripped the security feature to shut off the power). All of the techs I've worked with are very friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. I don't know the going rate for HVAC services, and if you shop around, it's possible you might find a better rate on some items, but to me it's not worth it - these guys never push me to make any upgrades/changes and have never told me something was broken when it wasn't. To me, it's more important to pay a fair price for techs I can trust to do a great job and be honest about what my unit needs (or doesn't need). So glad I found this company!

We have been using them for our maintenance for a couple of years now. We've had several different techs out and every one has been very courteous and professional.

This company is great! We have had them install & maintain our HVAC units at our business and each and every time they exceed our expectations. This last call was for an older unit not cooling properly. They diagnosed problem and repaired it immediately. They also checked other units and discovered another wasn't working properly and repaired it also. Great service!!!

Best people to call. Been out to my house 3 times in 6yrs. No up sale, never late and knows the job to the T. Perfect and every sense of the word. Wish more company's can be this efficient. Train them right, pay them right, treat them right and the customer feels the outcome.

G + S replaced an old package heat pump for me. The old unit was set up strangely on a sheet metal platform. I had several other contractors out to quote on the replacement but because of the unusual arrangement they quoted very high or the just on the unit price plus time and materials. G + S was the lowest by a good bit so I went with them. The supply and return duct work on the house was not what would be expected but explained the old set up. I’m sure it took them a lot longer than they expected and required a lot of sheet metal fabrication but they pushed through did a good job and clean-up well when finished.
