Cliff was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job cleaning the coils of the HVAC unit, checked everything out and found the motor start capacitor wasn’t performing as well as it should. He asked if we wanted it replaced or if we wanted to hold off because the part would still work but would make the compressor harder to start.
This is an excellent company, quick to respond when there is a problem and I highly recommend them.

As of right now, I've called 3 times about a condensation leak from a furnace that's causing water to back up in my basement. They were supposed to have fixed it. But I went a few days after water is backed up around the furnace again. Called the overnight number, no answer and no return call. They went out and said it's not clogged, it's fine. Contractor went out a few days ago and said it's doing it again. Called them two days ago. No one has made it out there yet. House is currently on the market and they are dragging their feet about coming out.

Austin was a fabulous technician who was thorough and timely. He definitely deserves praise and recognition for his quality of service.

I called them today and she said they would be there tomorrow. They came after lunch the same day. Found a gas leak. Replaced a gas line. Good service

We made a call to the company to see about having someone out to look at our AC unit. Jason arrived and saved the day! Very friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. This is our third time calling this company and I still highly recommend them! Thank you G+S for another outstanding job!

I recently purchased a Smart thermostat from G & S. I had an issue with the thermostat on working intermittently. I called and asked if the installer could call me. He never did. Fast forward a few weeks I call again and the nice lady apologized and sent someone the same day. The issue was indirectly unrelated to the thermostat. I've used G & S for years. Very happy with their service.
