    I called G&S after hours on the weekend and left a voicemail to call me on Monday, 06/13 when they opened because my house was not cooling. G&S returned my call Monday morning and verified that if they could send Patrick to house. Patrick was pleasant, professional and had my house cooling in a very short time.

    I was having surgery on Wednesday so I freaked when my AC stopped cooling on Sunday. Austin came out Monday. He put in enough freon to keep house cool until a part came on. Owner even went to Charlotte to pick part up for us. Austin & crew came Wednesday while I was in surgery to make repairs needed to stop freon leak. I came home to a cool house and was so happy and grateful. Thanks Austin, Service Manager & Owner, Robert Kanofsky, for going the 'extra mile' to take care of your customers. There is nowhere better or more reliable than G&S Energy Services!
