I was having surgery on Wednesday so I freaked when my AC stopped cooling on Sunday. Austin came out Monday. He put in enough freon to keep house cool until a part came on. Owner even went to Charlotte to pick part up for us. Austin & crew came Wednesday while I was in surgery to make repairs needed to stop freon leak. I came home to a cool house and was so happy and grateful. Thanks Austin, Service Manager & Owner, Robert Kanofsky, for going the 'extra mile' to take care of your customers.
