High Altitude

They were assigned my work order through my home warranty company. They had 48 hours to call and schedule. I tried calling them when the order was sent to them because the matter was urgent. No one answered the phone, and they're Voicemail was full. Eventually when no one called I wound up calling another company who came out quickly and took care of the issue. Over a week later they contacted me to schedule the work. The only reason they called was because I let the home warranty company know I never heard from them, and requested reimbursement from the warranty company. Good luck if you're trying to get anything done from them.
