We had to replace our nearly 20 year old primary heating/air system in June of 2021. We chose Sloop after our old service company didn't bother to call us back with a price for a new system. Sloop did a great job on the install.

Our basement unit was the same age as the system we replaced last year so I figured it wasn't going to last that much longer. We decided to test it before the hot weather arrived and it had compressor issues like the other old unit. Given the age we decided to replace it. We called Sloop again and they were just as responsive and helpful as they were on the first install.

Their installers do good work and they clean up well when they're finished.

Our heat pump was 19 years old and we had decided to get a new heat pump system. On May 30 it gave out. We were scheduled on May 31 to talk to Ryan about a new system. The first available date was 6-16 but Ryan went to work and called another customer to allow us to have their slot. He went to bat for us to get air back on to keep us and our 3 little doggie girls cool. We have been using Sloop Heating and Air for maintenance for about 3 years and love them. Also, we love the ladies in the office as well. We HIGHLY recommend SA Sloop Heating and Air for any of your heating and air needs. I can assure you that you will not go wrong.

Mr. Sloop came over to my home and he was very professional he added freon to my ac unit and he checked the whole system out for me, he did a fantastic job since he worked on my hv/ac unit I have not have any problems since, my heating / ac unit is operating at peak efficiency, my hv/ac unit heats and cools my home extremely well not lowering my electric usage, thank you Mr.Sloop for your expertise in fixing my problem, you are an awesome guy!!!!

We used SA Sloop recently to remove our old HVAC and oil furnace and replace it with a heat pump/ac unit. They were very easy to work with and the price they quoted could not be beat.
