S.A. Sloop Heating and Air has a great team of people. From the owner who came out personally and gave us a good bid to the technicians who installed our new system. They promptly scheduled and completed the installation of a new Lennox Heat Pump and reworked our duct work system as agreed. Our new system is quiet and efficient. But the best part about our experience was the team of technicians that did the work. They were polite, considerate, helpful, and professional in their work ethic. They explained what they were doing and why. We highly recommend them.

I chose to go with a new hvac unit. I contracted Mr. Sloop's company to install a new system for me. The crew that came to do the installation was very professional, knowledgeable, and work oriented for job completion. S.A. Sloop installed a new hvac system for our home. From the in home estimate with Phillip through the entire installation everyone and everything was top notch, quality, and professional. A professional, written estimate was provided and presented (actually 3 different options presented after discussing our needs and inspecting our systems).
