Jeremy serviced both of our units today. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t get in a rush. He was available for any and all questions that I had regarding the units. I appreciate that he’s been here before and knows what to look for!

Technician Jeremy was very responsive and professional. He not only solved the immediate issue but took the time to understand what may have contributed to the issue. I believe he was one of the people that installed my unit several years ago when the previous owner did the upgrade. The receptionist/dispatcher (not sure of her title) was also very professional. She got me a same day appointment and even managed to get Jeremy there before the estimated time. She also took the time to give me information my unit. Both went well beyond expectations. I feel the cost was very reasonable considering the quality of the parts and work done.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. The work was done well and in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend.

Update: They called for my 6 month HVAC check, which was free. They washed the unit, checked everything inside and out (and even in my crawl) and swapped out my filters. As always, our technician was friendly, and respectful. Would still 100% recommend!

Our technician, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable on our system. He had it diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours-that's even including wait time for the part to be picked up and delivered as it was a part not currently in stock on his truck. Stout is a great company we have used in the past and will continue to use for all of our heat and ac needs.

Stout Heating and Air came out to rescue me after our aging heat pump limped through a heat wave. Chad came out to our home and he was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He got our system running again and scheduled a future appointment for a system update as soon as possible.

The technician came out, and I explained the issue to him. I have him on my camera going under the house for less than a minute, coming back up and coming around saying he can’t help me, “Atleast I won’t charge you the diagnosis” he says. I asked him if he check my AC coils, if he took apart the unit, anything. “Sorry man I can’t help you,” I took time from my day just to have it wasted, should of just gone with another company that would 1. Take the time to do their due diligence and 2. Actually seem to care about finding the issue. It wasn’t even about the diagnosis charge, I just need the issue fixed.
