Called after hours yesterday when I come home to no AC. I was told they could come out last night or today, but settled on this AM. The service guy, Richard, was super professional and polite. He explained everything to me without making me feel dumb. He got my system working and advised what needed to be done next during regular hours. It would cost less to do then and he couldn’t do now as he didn’t have the part today. I have used this company for a few years after trying another local one when I purchased my home. The other company sent guys to try to intimidate me and sell me a new system I didn’t need. I have Stout come out for regular maintenance and have had no issues with my system until the storm yesterday hit my home. Even then it only cost a few hundred to fix what needed it. Not bad for a weekend job to fix my unit. This company has earned my loyalty.

Stout has always been good to us. They installed our AC and has been back several times for service. Always nice and a pleasure to do business with.

After waiting for over a week for another company to even take a look at our broken AC followed by a second company quoting us very high to repair the whole system , I called Stout. They came out very quickly and Chad was great !! He found the problem and fixed it quickly - going above and beyond to save us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend

Came out the same day and diagnosed the failure quickly. Chad was professional and honest. Very helpful about getting repaired under factory warranty.

This is a great company. I received a call from the technician saying he would be there in 15 minutes and he was there by then! He did the service and was very professional. I would definitely recommend these folks!!

Richard and Alex from Stout Heating & AC arrived on time. They appropriately introduced themselves and listened carefully to the customer's concerns. After inspecting and troubleshooting the units, they thoroughly explained what needed to be done. The job was completed without issues. These guys were absolutely professional, and courteous. We appreciate our neighbor's referral, and will pass along the good word to others.

We needed a HeatPump replaced. Brett was very helpful in working with me in describing the different system options and answering my questions. He gave me quotes for several systems so I could compare costs and efficiency. Once I chose the unit, Brett and team ordered the equipment and set up an installation time. The installation team was very professional, and the team was well educated on their products and how to remove the old system and install the new one. I am very pleased with the quality of service and the employees.

Jeremy was fantastic. Checked everything out and gave me peace of mind on my old unit. Super knowledgeable and honest. Just what you want when having work done on your home. I'd recommend this service to anyone.
