We have had them come out three times since our installation and their unit still doesn't work properly. We paid $1200 more than what one of their competitors quoted us and it has NOT been worth it. If things don't change we will be telling them to take their unit out of our house.
The problem is that out thermostat is set for 70 and its only 70 between 900PM and 8AMish. During the day it will regularly get between 77-80 in our upstairs, where their unit is. Not impressed!

Be leery. I called to see about having them clean my home drains. I was lead to believe the work could be done at a very reasonable cost of $69. When I questioned the cost, I was reassured it was correct. An appointment was scheduled. She did try to sell me a monthly service package. I declined. Very shortly after I hung up, she called back. NOW all of a sudden the first figure was just for an inspection. In addition, they wanted another 108 for a service charge. Now we have $178 charges and still no idea what the actual work would cost me. Very poor way to do business.

I do not recommend them. They are very pushy and kept saying they don't want to bad mouth the other company that I got a estimate from but still kept saying that they won't do everything right like they will do. And there price was $6000 more then all the other prices I got. And when I told them that there price was high they dropped it to get within $1500 from the other prices which means they are price gouging if they can drop $4500

Adam Robinson came to my house to unclog plumbing. He worked very hard for several hours to resolve the problem. He explained what he was doing throughout the process. He was patient, very friendly and professional. I'm very pleased with the quality of service provided by ARS.

My is friends with this company has always been good but in the month of April communication was not so good. The technician that I had today he was very professional and he was great, so will I recommend y’all guys? Yes I would but communication needs to be a whole lot better thank you for your service

I installed not the state of art super energy saver kind but cheaper one. Ars gave me reasonable estimate and instead next day. They had difficult because my house was old and out of current safety code. But the delivered. I am very Happy 😁

I had an urgent need. I called ARS, they were very responsive and showed up within 2 hours. The plumber sent was James. He was great in every way. If ever needed in the future I would use them again.

The ONLY thing you all did for me was look at my shower and toilet and tell me what was wrong. You almost charged me $936.11 for repairs plus time. I called another plumber for the SAME SERVICE…they charged me a flat $136 and GAVE me a new faucet. What’s wrong with this picture?!?!?! I get you all have employees but to charge well over double what a local company did is crazy! To top it off the repairman , who was super nice and professional, came to my house SUPER LATE!!! Needless to say with you all, I still had to wait until the next day before he could even provide service. Yet the local plumber provided same day service, in a timely fashion at a fraction of the cost! I wish I had called the local plumber first. But I wanted to give you all a chance since you guarantee your service. Too bad your services take advantage of people financially and have the true definition of highway robbery. Just to think of the countless people you all do this to. PS…the warranty with my local company is 1year as well.

I had these guys take the contract a while back when I was soliciting for a reputable company. Me being a first time home owner I was clueless regarding either having repairs done on my water heater or having it entirely replaced. I may have been taken for a ride because I was recommended on having it replaced completely. They came and installed the unit but it was poorly installed. I would’ve done the review but never received the email from the office. You may need to invest in step ladders for your crew because they used a plastic chair I had sitting in my garage and nearly broke it. I am not using these guys again.

Our tankless water heater experienced an error message and was not heating water. Not a nice thing on a morning when it’s 30 degrees. We were able to call them and they came out same day and fixed our issue. They worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot our problem. Our technician John was wonderful. He did an awesome job and was very pleasant and professional. Great experience. Thank you!
