Quick , friendly, excellent service. Jeff, the installer and Dexter, the electrician were extremely knowledgeable in their work and were very professional. ARS will be my go to company from now on.

I called AR Rescue rooters as my main water shut-off valve inside my house started leaking. One of their plumbers arrived the next day during regular business hours. He was professional and replaced the valve/put a plastic access panel in the dry wall. It took him ~1.5 hours and he used parts of maybe $50. For this I was presented afterwards with a bill of $795 which I felt was significantly overpriced, but I didn't have much of a choice as I needed my water to be turned back on.

The sales rep that did the initial inspection was pushy and didn’t listen anything I said. The techs used the wrong size heat strip and had to come back to fix it. The scheduling reps are rude and don’t like to be asked questions. Their prices are much higher than Blanton’s. GO TO BLANTON’S.

Nash was very helpful and efficient. Took the time to explain and show what he was doing. Very nice experience working with him.

ARS came to do a general inspection our HVAC. We were told everything looked great, though they tried to sell us a $2000 air cleaner. (Another company later said this was not needed.) After the ARS visit, within a couple days the system was not cooling.

Because we did not trust ARS, we called another company that said it looked like someone had loosened and then not tightened the place where the refrigerant could leak and it was virtually empty. It cost almost $1000 to have all the refrigerant replaced. We have reported to the BBB.

Terrible Terrible and TOO Expensive. Yesterday we had ARS to come to do a toilet repair. It was 597.00 and I still don't understand why. I spoke to 3 different plummers this morning, bc this is not sitting right with me and their quotes were less than 200.00. First of all ARS have on the receipt Custom toilet. NO ITS NOT. they replace a gacuet,
( I think- idk) and some items inside the toilet. I ask him to break down what he done. ( still don't see that anywhere) The receipt say something totally different and on top of that, there were two different invoices and he made us pay the highest one. I asked him to call to the office to get this resolved and he said he don't think they could do anything. REALLY??ARE YOU SERIOUS. You have a senior citizen that have spent alot of money with you over the pass couple of years..Totally over charged for this service & you say you giving a senior discount, minus diagnostic fee, WE told the technician what was wrong you didn't even do a diagnostic, it's ridiculous. 597.00 is too expensive for a 1hr service when the parts were probably less than 40.00.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

When our system unexpectedly quit working, they were quick to get to us to find out the problem. Once we knew we needed a whole new system, they were prompt with scheduling an install. They arrived on time and six months later came and serviced our system. Great company to use!

I had a great experience with their rep Jacob Tererro. He was very professional gave me sound advice and information concerning my replacement unit. I would have gone with him and his firm had they had Carrier in stock.

Excellent service! Came out late on a Sunday, had to order some parts, had me running by Monday afternoon. Technician Sam was courteous and knowledgeable.

I’ll fess up, I’ve always been leery of businesses that advertise a lot, but they did catch my attention when I saw there $49.00 “back flush” special.

if you watch the ad the tech is actually working on a tankless water heater that was very similar to mine, so I got on their website to check the fine print.

The fine print says “extra charge for tankless water heaters”, so I called and was told that it wouldn’t be anywhere close to $49.00, That tankless water heater back flush would be $270 something dollars!!!

Talk about misleading! Since they show a tankless being worked on and don’t mention that tankless water heater back flushes are a LOT more expensive, I’d say that the commercial was a bait and switch.

Now you see why I was skeptical!
