Bonnie, Mike, and the entire team are very helpful and work very hard to make sure each service call is responded to and adequately handled in a timely manner. There are not many companies that show up the same day to assess and repair HVAC needs...Dual Comfort is truly the anomaly. You won't be disappointed with your experience from the first call to the completion of the repair.

I will never use this company again. I am in an building where you can hear foot steps in the store if someone is up the roof. On our first PM date i did not hear anyone on the roof but one of their tech came in the front door and claimed they did the PM. Also, I've asked if they checked if there was a leak on the freon they said no and they do not check the freon every time they come out (quarterly PM). Which is total BS. The second PM they did not even show up and I've received a bill that they did the job. But did not hear anyone up the roof doing anything.

Also, there was an incident where the unit was shut off and their tech came out could not find what the problem was for 2 hours changed a part and still did not work. took another tech to come out found that the fuse connector was wrong but charged me for the part the miss changed. The tech came out a week later to fix the connector but was sitting at the back for more than 20 min on his phone. when he saw me he came out his truck and went up and fixed the connector in 10 mins but i was charged for 1.5 hours. I highly do not recommend this company for anyone. And if you are contracted with these guys i highly recommend you to check if they go up the roof and actually doing their work.

I've been working with Dual Comfort for five years after using several different HVAC companies for the preventative maintenance at my Plato's Closet stores. They've been extremely responsive with any issues we've had and a great company to work with.

I own three clothing stores in the Raleigh - Cary - Durham region. Dual Comfort is my HVAC maintenance contractor for all three. They are professional, dependable and quick to respond to emergencies. If my HVAC is down, my customers are walking out the door. Really glad I discovered Dual Comfort!

VERY VERY VERY RUDE~ The lady that answers that phone that says she is the office manager, has a bad habit of thinking everyone is trying to sell something to them obviously. I tried calling to get service and she hung up on me and then let the phone keep ringing when i called back. I decided i was going to call another company thinking she had it confused. But when you dont let someone explain themselves. Then you loose business. I feel sorry for the owner who employs this lady because he obviously is loosing customers.

Knowledgeable and efficient. I needed a new AC unit and they found one quick and installed it 10 days later!

Had an issue with the ac part of my unit. Dual Comfort responded quickly, skillfully and courteously. Things are working perfectly now. Highly recommend them.

Based on their van drivers I certainly won't be contacting this company. Swerving in and out of rush-hour traffic, cutting off other cars, speeding, not using turn-signals. I can just imagine what kind of service they provide.
