Our brand new system was originally installed by this company several years ago, and we have been happy with the product. Frank M. came to service our AC system today and he was great. He was on time, I received notice when he was on the way, and he got the job done thoroughly even though it’s almost 100 degrees outside. He was very professional and explained information to me in a way I could understand. He suggested an additional product and explained why it could be helpful due to the age of some of our original ductwork. He wasn’t trying to upsell me, just trying to make sure we take care of our system, since they are not cheap. I will definitely request him as our technician again when it’s time to service the furnace in the fall.

We moved into a new home, the hvac stopped working the first week. 5 service visits, 2 bad parts, 1 missing employee (he quit and our paperwork was lost), 2 regulators never installed for gas fireplace and range, stovetop not connected and checked, unreachable customer service reps, "know it all" tech that didn't know. Just a bad experience all around. Could not recommend to others.
