My heat/air unit has been serviced, twice a year, by Carolina heating and air conditioner, for the past 12 years. They have been great to work with. Very professional as a Real Estate broker, they are on my list of service people that I refer.

No heat, on and off after a couple of cold temperatures. The service person was not able to make a diagnosis because the heat was back on; in the meantime tightened some screws, addressed zone issues for consistent heating of spaces, discovered a small leak that requires a return visit and put in a filter that we had on hand. The service person was also very professional and listened to our concerns.

Lewis knew exactly what needed done, and finished the job in a timely manner. He is likeable and it was a pleasure having him.

Great experience as service occurred the same day that I called in the issue. Fast resolution. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and asked if I had any questions that I needed help with answering.

The tech performed tests to see how well the hvac was working and said that a heating component is looking marginal as far as performance. It is still functional, however. We will need to decide to replace, repair or do nothing.
