Exactly on time for appointment. Technician, we’ll dressed, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Work finished in timely manner. This is new home so he made sure I knew where all the filters were located. There were 4! Never lived in house with four.

Highly recommend Carolina A/C. We have used them for over 30 years. We’ve had 2 gas packs installed through them and have our unit serviced every 6 months. Today, Willie performed our winter tuneup and was especially thorough and helpful.

Dec 24: Furnace quit; no heat. Emergency call at 0330hrs answered by 'Randy".. well handled and courteous.
Callback received from 'Gary' at 0735; backed up on calls, will try to get more help in through "Kevin".
Later that morning: Call from 'Justin'; can be there in a few minutes; many calls in our neighborhood.
Justin arrived; very professional and did a quick 'work around' temporary fix.

Annual maintenance. Very nice technician. Courteous, friendly, used extra caution with foot covers, answered all my questions.

My heat was distributing very unevenly. They took measurements and then proceeded to make the adjustments to even the air flow. They were thorough and professional.
