    Mr Luis has serviced my parents' & now my home for many years through Carolina Air. He takes time to answer questions/concerns I may have and calls the home office for supportive information that he may not have readily available to him.
    Because of him, we added an upstairs thermostat to our home! BEST DECISION EVERRRRRR! It works wonderfully & wow, the peace it keeps in our home! 😊

    We have used Carolina Air Conditioning company since moving to Durham North Carolina in 2013. Our HVAC system failed in the dead of winter of that year and the owner of the company came to service us when all his other sales people were busy. Our experience last week continues in the tradition of great customer focused service. On a routine service visit, our technician, Jimmy T., noticed a slight smell of gas. He suggested we contact Dominion gas which I did immediately and they confirmed that we had a gas leak in the valve. Jimmy T went into action searching the company inventory for a new valve rather than wait for a new valve from the factory. After a full days work he returned to our house at 5:30 PM with the valve replacement and installed it. He left a happy warm family,,, leaving us around 8:00 PM. A serious problem was found and corrected in one day.
