Sutton Brothers Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Called Sutton Brothers after hours when we returned home from vacation to find out our air conditioner wasn't running. Mark showed up as quickly as he could to find out we had a broken wire to our outside unit. Repaired it quickly and we are back up and running. This is just another reason we chose Sutton Brothers to replace this older unit with a new higher efficiency unit all new ductwork in another month. Even Ian the rep who came out to size and quote our new system called to check on us after the repair was finished. A big thanks to everyone involved to get our air back on quickly!!!

Update, 12/09/2022: Chris and Paul came out to jet some very old clogged, galvanized drains, and everything went like a charm. Can't say enough good things about Sutton Brother and their staff.

Update, 12/01/2022: Chris was back out, and as usual, was the consummate professional. Customers are lucky to have great leadership like Mr. Craig.

Jonathan from their HVAC department, who also came today, was excellent. Repaired an AC vent. Courteous and professional. Did not do any unnecessary repairs but used existing ductwork.

Previous: Zack Felts was amazing! We needed a spigot fixed at the front of the house that another "plumber" said couldn't be repaired because of its location. Zack came early and stayed late to make sure it got done right. He even hooked our sprinkler system back up, above and beyond. Best plumbing outfit we've ever used in over 30 years of home owning. They've done lots of work for us and will continue to do so.

Yesterday we had a huge issue with our toilets. They were not able to flush along with backing up in our bath tub and shower. The powder room toilet overflowed all on our wood floor. So I called to get the septic tank pumped thinking that was the problem. Turns out we had a blockage in the main pipes. Thank goodness Sutton Plumbing out of Kernersville had a cancelation and they came out the next day. Chris Craig was the one that fixed the backup. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional the entire time he was at our house. He fixed the problem and made suggestions to prevent this from happening again. We are schedule to get 4 new toilets along with some other work that will make our plumbing top notch. My husband and I highly recommend this company and Chris Craig. We have never had such a professional plumber. You can’t go wrong using these guys! Thank you so much all the way to the lady Jenny that took the service call. You all are greatly appreciated!!

Cody was very thorough, and explained everything going on with us really clearly. He checked in multiple times to make sure that everything was good, and helped us solve our issue promptly.

The entire experience with Sutton Brothers from start to finish has been exceptional. Excellent communication, excellent quality, and fair price. We had them re-pipe our entire home (old home with galvanized piping) and it was done cleanly, professionally, and quickly! Highly recommend.

Our 1993 HVAC system quit on us in January. Sutton Brothers sent out a repairman who tried several things to get the system running again, but it was a forgone conclusion that it needed to be replaced. Ian walked me through the process and presented several options at a fair price. The installation team showed up that same week and knocked out the install in 5 hours. The team was courteous and thorough during the installation process giving us updates throughout the day. Once everything was set up I was given a tour of the new equipment and shown how to use the new controls. The heat is working great! Well done Sutton Brothers.

I have been in residential rental business for 20 years and am working with contractors from small or large shops in daily basis. Zack from Sutton Brother Heating, cooling and Plumbing is one of the best technicians I had ever met. One of our rental homes has an electrical water heater (manufacture date: 1981, yes, that is not a typo). It has been working very well but recently starting slowly leaking from its top. Most of plumbers came and didn't even want to open their tool boxes unless if it is a whole unit to be replaced. I called Sutton with loads of skepticism. Next day or Friday, Zack was arrived early even before I was and met me with a big smile. Once he looked at the water heater, it took him only 20 minutes and fixed the leaking. Unfortunately, at that evening, we suddenly had a huge water leak from the water heater with water all over the floors and carpet. Minutes i called the office, Zack called me back, asked detail about what it happened and promise to check next day, or Saturday. Then next morning, he came and determined the water heater relief valve was faulty. After about 30 minutes, the water heater is back in business again. The best part, not only he replaced the valve, he also found out the heater was mistakenly set to 160 f - too high, the root cause leading the relieve valve leak!. Right now the water heater works like a charm! Thank you Zack so much!
