    Sutton Brothers was fantastic! From the first call to the install, they were timely, accommodating, super easy to work with and reliable. The technician was very professional. He even taught me how to maintenance the part he replaced. I am not sure how their prices line-up with others, but I will definitely use them again for service.

    We had a water leak on the weekend and requested service. We were told there's an additional $135-$185 service charge since not normal business hours. I agreed to that understanding the charge. I was then sent a text scheduling an appointment between 11:24 and 1:24 on Sunday. No one showed up or called. I thought perhaps another call ran long so waited till 2:24 then called back to check on the late arrival only to be told that my appointment had been canceled. The answering service didn't know why but offered to book again. They also suggested i call back just to be sure nothing happened again. I did and again received a text stating my appointment was now scheduled for 2:44 to 4:44. At 3:15 I called back just to confirm the appointment was still on since I'd been waiting all day while emptying pails of water we were catching from an active leak. Again, I was told the 2nd appointment also appeared to have been cancelled. Again, I was never notified of any cancelation. I chose this company based on 4.9 stars. How they have achieved this while leaving potential customers stranded is beyond me. If an appointment was not available I would have been fine if they told me that so I could continue looking for a plumber to resolve my problem. Instead, they wasted my time and delayed resolution to my issue. Worst customer service!

    Update: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the person that was in call later Sunday afternoon. He stated that he was the only one on call but had hurt their back so couldn't come and he was now planning to go to the doctor. He offered to set up an appointment for the next day, Monday. I declined stating after waiting all day for 2 appointments which were no shows (without the curiosity of a call or text letting me know they were cancelled) I was no longer willing to waste my time with this company. I hoped he felt better but felt a simple phone call or text about a cancellation earlier would have been appropriate. The lack of communication and wasting of my day was inexcusable. We did get service from Roto Rutter plumbing before the end of the evening. I'll call them 1st if needed in the future.

    Repair of plumbing leak, installation of faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. They answer their phone, schedule you quickly, show up on time, do excellent work, clean up after themselves and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Best experience with a home repair ever!

    These are honest, kind, and genuine genius’s who are welcome into my business anytime! We were visited by Chris, David, and Matt to help unclog our commercial kitchen sink drains in our back of house, and they went straight to work! Our situation was more unique than most, but each of those fellas who helped were such a pleasure. In less time than anticipated they were able to fix everything up and show me a couple things I was not aware of myself! When everything happened and I googled plumbers there were dozens of options. Save time and get the job done by professionals you can trust! They are worth every penny and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I know a good bit about residential HVAC systems and Sutton Bros has typically provided me with the amount and type of information I need to understand the HVAC systems installations, maintenance and repairs.

    Zack sent an Email to say he was on his way, when he arrived he introduced himself and put on shoe covers to enter my home which I really appreciate. He checked out my problem all while answering my many questions. A part needed to be ordered but I feel confident that I selected the right company to do the work based on today's experience.
