I'm not much on writing reviews but these guys were great to deal with and almost made having to spend thousands on a new heat pump system seem less painful to our finances than it was.

We had never heard of or used Sutton Brothers in the past. July was a brutally hot month and our 14 year old Trane stopped cooling the house. We called around and Sutton Brothers had a cancellation that day and was able to have a technician on our doorstep in about an hour. He spent awhile checking each part of our system and determined there was an issue in the air handler with the evaporator coil. After explaining the problem and the cost we opted to replace the old system instead of spending a couple thousand to repair it.

We had 4 local companies price the equipment and install. We were only impressed with 2 of the people that came out to represent those 4 companies (Sutton Brothers and one other). We had cheaper quotes than the options Sutton Brothers quoted us, but once we compared all the quotes the actual equipment and work Sutton offered seemed much better.

The installers were great. We also chose to have them run new duct work to our 6 supplies upstairs and dampers to give us 2 zones. I was impressed with the amount of time and care they spent leveling and setting the outside unit. The last company didn't have it level. They even spread the mulch back. When they were done they left everything clean with no mess.

We purchased a Dave Lennox Signature variable speed air handler, a 4 ton Lennox Elite 2 stage heat pump and iComfort thermostats. My wife likes the weather screensaver and being able to control both zones with her phone and Alexa. The level of comfort far surpasses our last 2 systems and not having the upstairs several degree hotter then downstairs is awesome. We can have both levels at 74 through the day and have it 72 upstairs at night. Haven't seen an electricity bill, but hopefully it goes down.

We are very satisfied with our new system and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys for service or installation. Really appreciated the attention and service we received.

While we had some hiccups, Sutton Brothers tried to do their best with working around Piedmont Natural Gas. I wanted to specifically mention Kris Whitt. None of the delays were his fault, but he took ownership anyway, was very kind and professional throughout. Thanks Kris and Sutton Brothers!

Installer was very nice and did a good job. However, he was here for only an hour to install a new garage disposal that we had already purchased and the bill for this was $483. Ridiculously High for the work and time involved.

Tech Bradly was chill and very knowledgeable (even with the dogs)! He pushed through and figured out the problem.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Very professional service and high-quality work.
