Gary was very professional, kind, and quick to repair our air conditioning system! My family and I were very impressed with his service. And of course having air conditioning in the heat of the summer is so important!

The price was fair and you feel like you're getting great value for what you pay. Their membership plan also seems to be a great value for regular maintenance as well as repairs when necessary.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: We got our first seasonal maintenance completed and were equally as impressed with the customer service shown by Alex when he was at our home. Sutton Brothers certainly has professional and kind employees!

Great company to do business with! Got my quote from Ian, for a new A/C and Furnace unit back in June, after comparing prices with other companies this one was definitely the best deal! Definitely recommend very responsive contacted Ian on Wednesday 15th and accepted the quote in less than 48 hours I had my old 23 year old unit replaced! Work done on Friday 17th, the installation crew was also GREAT they were on time as specified and everything went great. Also a big thank you to the installation crew manager for helping me with the fireplace! I highly recommend this company! Don’t waste your time searching for another company! Thank you guys for your quick and easy service!

Sutton Brothers installed a new heat pack/HVAC and hot water heater. The hot water heater did not pass inspection, the heat pump was not installed properly, they did come back and correct that, it was vibrating and sounded like a helicopter in my bathroom. The heat pack blows cold air continuously. I have had a repair person come over, he did not check anything, he said it works properly, it doesn’t because it makes a loud noise and I freeze, it’s like having the air conditioner on when it’s 20 degrees outside.
I have called several times and leave messages for a manager to return my call, they never do. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They take your money and offer zero service. This was a huge investment and they do not stand behind their products. I would highly recommend finding an honest company that doesn’t make a large sell and then disappear. I am very disappointed in this company.

Sutton Brothers was quick to respond and I got an appointment quickly. I received text and email reminders about my appointment. On the day of service, my text included a picture of my service technician.

Low Water Pressure in a new house!
Chris C was wonderful and a refreshing throw back to the old times when service technicians cared about their work . He was so helpful and patient with my questions, and offering suggested solutions while giving the full picture to consider with making a decision. We used Sutton Brothers for our water heater replacement and they did a terrific job. The technicians were great. Quick and efficient even from all the chaos going on. We will continue to use them for all our A/C and plumbing installation or repair. Top notch.

Also, went go look at the job after they left, found a crack in the pan below that wouldn’t have been noticed with the naked eye. Called them, they came back and even replaced the pan. Super, super guys.

When Guy came out to meet with us on a new heat pump system he was very professional and knowledgeable and easy to work with and when the installers arrived on time to install they were very nice and professional and worked hard and quickly to get the new system installed

Sutton Brothers helped us out when our gas furnace stopped working during the latest cold spell. It was an old unit and we determined it needed replacing. They gave us honest and fair advice, listing out the pros and cons of each type of unit based our house structure. The technicians did a great job on the install and we now have a new, more efficient unit in our house. We will continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs.

The furnace in my house has been loud since my family and I moved in two years ago. Finally got Sutton Brothers to come out and take a look at it and for the first time in two years we don't have to turn the volume up on the TV just because the furnace is running.
