Sutton Brothers has alwsys been kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained everything to the T. The only issue I had with the technicians is that they left one of the plumbing line's open.and did not put thr walkway back together as it was found. Great service and we are using your technicians again today.

Adam came out today to take a look at our AC which wasn’t cooling. He was very upfront and honest with his impressions of the issue, and he was great with answering all of our questions. Ultimately, it was decided that a complete hvac replacement was going to be the best route. Guy Thacker came out to give us a quote, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was knowledgeable, easy going and quick to offer honest guidance without trying to upsell us on anything. As expensive as replacement is, we had a lot of confidence saying yes and moving forward based off of our interactions with both of these gentleman

We had some plumbing issues in our new home and we were very impressed with our serviceman, Zach. He answered all our questions and made sure our problem was solved before he left. Very professional service, very clean and made no mess. We would highly recommend using Sutton Plumbing & HVAC and especially Zach.

We are changing our review of Sutton Brothers because of their response to our initial review. Brad called us and listened to our concerns related to our experience. He was attentive, understanding and apologetic. His response, and subseqeunt steps taken to rectify our situation, definitely helped and we will consider Sutton Brothers for our future plumbing needs.

We did not have a great experience with Sutton Brothers. Our pipes burst on Christmas Day and we finally got someone out 2 days later. The repair guy from Sutton Brothers who arrived told us, after he began work, that the company would not be able to guarantee their work, even though the price seemed extremely high - he knew that we were in serious need of a repair during the holiday. Our conversations began nice enough, but quickly went downhill, even to the point of him becoming quite condescending about our home and work that had been done by other contractors. In addition, the insulation tape that he placed on the repaired pipe is already pealing and falling off, even though he bragged about it being "$80 tape that you can't buy." Our first experience with Sutton Brothers did not leave us with a good feeling and we would recommend using another company.

I discovered a leak in my closet, and figured out it must be coming from my air-conditioner, so I called who used to be Brady-Flanary, now Sutton Brothers and they sent Adam S. out same day to fix it(on the weekend).
He was right on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He explained things so I could understand and was patient with all my questions. I told him that I wanted him to come to my house every time I needed any HVAC work done.
I can sleep better tonight knowing that my water leak has been taken care of. Thanks Adam and Sutton Brothers.

Your word is everything to me and if you say it will be done in 3 days. Then I expect it to happen. After a week and a half I just called the company and told them not to come back. Yes, they did lay all the pipes under the house but one leaked the whole time they were there and I asked them every time are you going to fix the leak. He replied after the inspection. Well, I had to hire a new plumber and he had to replace it. It were more mistakes made but over all, the plumbers were nice and like they said, they have to go where they are told. So, I don't blame the plumbers but I put it where it belongs. So I would never use this company again because it cost me more than I bargain for.

Heating failed early morning on a weekend (of course), so I called Sutton and they dispatched a technician immediately. A failed blower motor was determined to be the issue and a repair was made in a very timely manner. I have a maintenance plan and my system is still under warranty so the cost could have been much more...but Sutton also took care of the warranty details. I would recommend this company for maintenance and repair.

We found a leak in our yard near the city water main; Paul came out on a Saturday evening and was incredibly professional and fixed everything quickly. We are so appreciative; great service and reasonable prices.

Our Air conditioning was failing and we put in a non emergency call and less than 24 hrs later the problem was diagnosed and repaired. The technician let me know what time he would arrive and he was here right on time.

Very thorough and professional, had the pleasure of working with Johnny and Tony when i needed some ceiling fans installed. Will definitely recommend them.
