Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical

I was experiencing unlivable vibration in the master bedroom walls due to the line set installation from the air conditioner in my new Pulte Home. The original installation had been done by Parks and is covered under warranty. A couple of service techs performed some warranty work to correct the issue and then attempted to invoice me. I made a call to Parks and spoke to Leslie who was very pleasant, attentive and understanding. Within several hours Leslie called me back and let me know the work was covered under warranty and there would not be any charge. Leslie exhibited customer service traits that are hard to find nowadays and I am extremely happy to have had the opportunity to work with her. Thanks!

They try to get over. $90 to find out with the problem is. Then they tell you all these what ifs to mark up the price. I’ll shoot myself in the leg before I pay 8,000 for a 5 year old AC to be fixed

Technician, Irene, did a great job in identifying the problem and installing the new equipment. Parks has done a great for us over the last five years.

Our well went out right before the holiday. They scheduled a time and were there at that timeframe. They assessed the situation and offered a solution at a reasonable price. Work was completed that day. They went over each detail before leaving. We are very pleased.
