    Friendly and professional service. Responds promptly and was able to schedule me for a next day appointment. Pricing was a little on the higher side but they were willing to negotiate and settled for a more affordable price in the end.

    I am extremely upset and disappointed in the service that I have received thus far. We are in a home that is barely 2 years old and have already had to replace a motor in the attic. I understand that not everything is under warranty and things do you happen but after we paid $80 for the dispatch fee, plus another $450 for the repair, on top of the membership fee that we are signed up for, we came home 5 days later to find our AC isn’t working AGAIN. The repair was done the day we found the problem to ensure there wasn’t further effected parts. This is absolutely ridiculous and it’s starting to seem like a scam. They post 24 hour emergency services, yet I called and there is nobody that can come and help us and there was nobody else that we can contact. How is this possible? I highly suggest you consider different options than this money pit.

    Received a text that Nita would arrive within 30 mins. She arrived in 25 and proceeded to inspect my outside unit, cleaned it and pushed mulch away from clogging it. She then went to at attic and checked the inside units. She showed me the performance levels and made two recommendations for options that would give me great longevity in my system and prevent leaking from an overflow of water. She was polite, informative and very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend her and Parks. They have been great to work with.

    In my opinion the tech was rude. There was a drip leg installed by another plumbing company. He stated that it was not installed to code. So as I am trying to ask questions, he is constantly interrupting me. He starts yammering about competing with my peers. I entertained it. I told him I don't compete with my peers. I only compete with who I was yesterday. Some people's personalities just don't mesh. I definitely will file this company in the do not use file.

    To the owner: I do not know how to respond to your reply. As I requested and paid for the assessment, please email me the written consult conducted by your technician. If he was so confident to say that the prior plumbing company repairs did not meet code, then you all need to send that to me in writing. That is what is you can do for me. Send me the assessment that I paid for.

    Tom was awesome very knowledgeable and so helpful. I had a small electrical issues and he came in and diagnosed and fixed it within an hour. Even had time for small talk. Was very thankful to have him out here.

    Our 23 year old furnace died on Good Friday. Had another company come to diagnose the problem but couldn't repair it. He told us that it would take a week or so to get a new furnace installed. Called other companies and were told a week or longer. Spent a few nights in a hotel because it was cold. On Monday we called Parks and within one hour a tech came and diagnosed the problem and we decided that we would get a new furnace. The sales rep came within another hour and we had our new furnace installed the next afternoon! What a pleasant surprise! Samantha, Sergio, Marquis, Brian and Nick were exceptionally professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate the quick response and deliverability of the new furnace. Thank you!

    Parks was at our home in February doing a maintenance of the system and I'd like to know why the technician didn't check this when they were there. i pay for the maintenace and I'm not happy about paying another $350 for this work, especially when the unit is knky 2 years old. I've mever had thia experience with my main home in Pennsylvania.
