DO NOT USE! Hired them for a shower pan leak repair for which they charged $4500 and proceeded to lose my beautiful $2K glass shower doors. When I asked them where my one-year-old doors were, they said they were out near the dumpster at their building and that I could go and get them. I went and only one door was there. No one was able to find the other door. So now, for a shower pan repair, I have to spend $2K of my own money to repurchase the exact doors I already had (I can't just buy one). I asked them to credit me the cost of the doors, or at least half the cost and they refused. They kept saying it was a demo and that I didn't tell them to keep the doors. Um, it was a shower pan repair, NOT a demo, and how did they think I was going to put the shower back? Without the doors? The unit is a rental so I wasn't there when they took the doors and no one called to ask whether I wanted to keep my doors! They are saying it's on me for not telling them but when I went over the very next day to meet them, I did ask where the doors were and they said they took them. Less than 24 hours after they took them, I asked for them back, but they didn't care. The man I spoke with was not at all customer-service oriented. I still am baffled at how they have justified that a shower pan replacement = taking my beautiful glass doors. What a terrible company.

Great first experience! The process was quick and easy! I received a quick response after I called and the technician was at my home within the hour. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed my problem.

Parks was very responsive and in contact with me until they got the unit installed in and got my money. After that an inspection was said to take place in 7 days and no one has yet to contact me or do an inspection. I’ve called Parks countless times since then and been given the same run around by each customer service rep that someone will call me back and no one ever does. I’ve even been transferred to supervisors voicemails and left messages displaying my dissatisfaction and for a return phone call and nothing. Needless to say I will never do business with them again or recommend them to any family or friends.

I can't say enough good things about this company. First of all they were on time and attentive to our needs. Second, they worked with us to get the job done and even offered us heaters when the heat went out in the middle of the Christmas. Finally I can't say enough about their support people. Calls were made and the work was done professionally and within the time frame they said it would. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Don't hesitate to call them. You will get great service.

Parks is a top notch company and we are always extremely satisfied with their work. You can not go wrong hiring them. They were the original installer on our previous home and we had them for 4 years. Each visit the service techs were courteous and professional. We completely trust their work. Recently we decided to move and experienced no heat during a cold snap. Another company came out for warranty work and quoted us a very complex and costly repair. We decided to call Parks for their expertise, Phil was able to diagnose several issues within an hour of his visit. The repairs were fairly easy to fix and the costs reasonable. We can not thank Phil and Parks enough.

Had prince come out and diagnosed issues with the well. Bladder tank failure and pressure switch needs replaced and relocated. Very professional and great customer service.

I had them install my generac whole house standby generator. My service from them has been well worth their cost which may I add has been extremely reasonable especially with their finance options. The technicians were great! They listened to every concern and was able to answer all of my questions. Devin, David, Frank, Ezekiel and Elmer were so friendly and did such an efficient job even with the hiccups that come with every install of anything… originally I was going to install myself but I am so glad that I decided to use them instead. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns on the spot. I have no regrets in hiring them. If the opportunity rises I won’t hesitate to call them.

The guys came to remove our old cast iron pipe from the kitchen to the bathroom. Everything was explained as they went the steps and pictures to show us the new pipes. So, the wife has her kitchen back in order and we are happy with the service.

We used Parks for electrician work. The technician was excellent and completed the job same day. Bonus that he was great with our dogs. We would use this business again.
