Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical

I have used this company for 4 years now. They raised the price 150% for cleaning and provide no additional services. Not sure why I am paying an extra 100 dollars a year for.

Expensive wasn’t share of the problem but said it could be the thermostat and wanted to charge $350 for thermostat that might not even be the problem. They just tried to sell me a new unit. Even though it’s working just fine on the other two levels of my home.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had with the company in years. I was told multiple different things by multiple different people over a span of three days. This is the worst ran company Iv ran across. I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone

Parks did a pretty good job. Didn't change the bathroom boot and now I have to do tile work. And they left my cat out.

I had Parks come out and service my heat. They have automated texting which is nice but couldn’t give me a time frame for arrival. I didn’t hear from them until about 3pm when they said sorry we can’t get out today. I worked with Samantha and she was able to get someone out after I shared my concerns. She followed through and Phil the tech was great. 4 out of 5 experience because of the hard work of the team. It would be nice if they could provide a time frame for arrival so the surprise no show doesn’t have to be an issues.

They offered to repair the water filtration system. I setup a repair appointment and the service person didn’t check the system. They only showed up to sell me a new water filtration system and charged me $79.99 for his visit.

The technician arrived on time and was very thorough. Very professional and knowledgeable about the system. I highly recommend them.
