Used this company for the first time. Beware. The plumber took advantage of my wife by requiring payment up front for work that was never performed. Tried to have her sign paperwork stating that the work had been completed. Thankfully she refused. When a manager called me back after my complaint, he agreed that the technician was not supposed to do this. Watch out!!!! Dishonest business. If the rating could be a -10, that would be too good for them.

Ms Anita the tech went thru my unit well. When she depart, you could feel the system operating better. She is excellent at here job. A truly profession member of Park Heating and Air.

They came out and did great work in no time. I had been without air for 2 months and he fixed it within 15 minutes.

(02.07.23) Parks Heating and Cooling installed our system when we built our home 2 years ago. So we decided to use them for our maintenance annually. They serviced our heating system on December 2, 2022. Since then we've had a smell coming through our home when the air conditioner runs. I called and asked that a technician come investigate a smell (like stinky feet). I was asked to buy a $3500 system to help resolve the issue.

Services were completed well within the block of time scheduled. The electrician was responsive to questions, and cleaned up upon completion of the job. Professional all around!

I had them replace the "whole nine yards" on my well. I easily give them 5 stars for this one day job. Parks employees were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time necessary to complete the job the right way. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and will recommend Parks to my friends.

Installed water line for new city water meter and set up a well water spigot. Very nice young men. Worked consistently throughout process, didn’t take long.
