Had quite the unusual problem. A&E kept after it until it was done to my satisfaction. Braden did a great job. I've used A&E for years and intend to for years to come. The whole crew is professional.

Dante was the technician who worked on our unit today. He was wonderful, thorough, explained all he was doing, found and cleaned a little mildew and suggested and installed UV light with great explanation. . He also discussed the electrostatic filter in the unit and it’s power, and said it should be cleaned each visit though at first was not easily seen.

We had our HVAC serviced for the first time in five years to ensure the heat would work all winter long. Nothing seemed to be wrong, but we knew it was overdue for a service. The technician completed the service and reported that we were good to go. However, on the first cold night after the service, the heat never came on. We called a technician back out to determine the problem and he found a wire had been pinched when the outside panel was screwed back in place, resulting in a "blown fuse." The problem was fixed without charge, but we found it frustrating that the first problem we've had with our HVAC in five years came after having it serviced.

I needed to do an urgent DIY job on my AC vent system today, but unfortunately the local home supply stores don't carry what I needed to do the job. I called A&E, and Tim called one of their service trucks that was already in my area with the supplies I needed right on the truck. Saved me a lot of headache and hassle, but I was very impressed with the professionalism and above-and-beyond service. Would definitely do business with them again!

I purchased my AC unit from them. I did have an issue with a repair 3 years later and was not happy. Tim from the company came out to my home 07-31-19 and made things right with me on the other issue and repaired my AC that 3 could not, and I'm very happy and appreciate him so much for making this right for me. I will use this company again

Had a problem with a fairly new heatpump systems that the installer couldn't/wouldn't fix. Gave up on him and was recommended A&E. Tim came by the next day and fixed the problem in two hours (and it was pretty complex - $200 well spent). Strongly recommended!

Andrew just did a preventative maintenance on my heating/ac and the young man was the nicest and most informative of any that I have ever dealt with. I really appreciate his knowledge and I definitely know that A&E was the right decision for me. Thanks again Andrew!!!

Best company and people for everything heating & cooling from installation to service. Have used them for ten years. They actually caught a problem before it happened and saved us money and grief. Highly recommend them, they do good work.
