Just had our new unit installed. The salesperson was professional, explained the options we had available to us, and recommended an appropriate unit that wasn't too expensive, but also not the bottom of the line. Everything is working great so far, and I will not hesitate to use them for our future needs.

These guys are great! Quality work, professional demeanor, responsive to call-backs. Soup to nuts HVAC services. I recommend them.

Garrett is amazing very helpful. He explained everything were i could understand it. He even came to check on things while they was installing. The guys was polite and nice. I would highly recommend A&E.

My furnace stopped working due to an error message on air flow. Since we switched our service to A&E, I called and left a message. Barndon called back within 10 minutes. I explained my problem and he walked me through what to do to fix the problem. What service! Thanks, Brandon. He saved himself an unnecessary trip, and saved me some money on a service call. What more could you ask for in a heating and cooling company. Definitely A&E gets my vote!

On 5/2016, the company installed a new HVAC system at our home for $6850. On 8/2017, the AC unit stopped cooling and was found to be low on refrigerant. Leak suspected in line set, but not detected. Charged $365 for recharge and service visit. On 9/2017, they injected "leak stop" compound into system and charged $322. On 5/2019, the unit had stopped cooling again and was found to be low on refrigerant. They injected dye in the system and still couldn't find leak. Charged $102. On 8/2019, I finally noticed a disintegrating insulation foam and greasy liquid on the outside of the line set just as it exited the compressor unit and was suspicious that this was the location of the leak. I called them to repair. Indeed, that was the site of the leak that they seemed unable to locate previously. Charged $136 for the visit. Seems to me like they were responsible for faulty installation since the leak turned out to be right at the joint between the compressor and the line set. I could have saved ~$900 had they installed the unit correctly to start. A bit disappointing--I would have at least thought that they would not charge for the final visit where it was determined that the leak was from an installation point. When I reviewed the story with Tim, a manager, he listened, but did nothing to indicate that he accepted responsibility for a faulty installation.

8/19/19-Update. My previous communication with Tim was on 8/5/19. After not hearing anything back from him by 8/10/19, I posted the one star review. On 8/12/19, Tim did issue a refund check covering the majority of the excess charges above. I have adjusted my rating to 3 stars.

Dante was the most thorough, and knowledgeable technician that has serviced my unit in the last 8 years. He showed me that I could make my system more effective if I uncovered the registers in rooms that I did not use, which was causing stress on the heating system. He also advised me to remove batteries from the thermostat to keep them from corroding. I will request he service my unit in the future. Thank You!

A&E did an excellent job installing our HAC system and has serviced it in a very professional manner. Everything I expect in quality service.

agreement is a good way to go to keep it working well. The techs have been
professional and always within the arrival time given.
